Service Description

If the subpoena requires Peace of Mind to produce documents only, a representative of Peace of Mind will produce the document/s set out in the schedule to the subpoena. A representative of Peace of mind will attend the registry on the date and time for production, as set out in the subpoena. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will the documents be provided to the person requesting the subpoena, the documents will only be produced to the Courts. ALL COSTS in attending court or producing a document under the subpoena must be met by the party issuing the subpoena and not the Court or Peace of Mind.
